Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern cleaning services and eco-product sales provided by Bayaryn LTD (“we/our”) to the customer (“you”). By booking or buying, you accept these Terms.

1. Services & Goods

We offer general building cleaning (SIC 81210) and online retail of eco household items (SIC 47990).

2. Free Intro Session

New clients get one on-site visit (max 2 h labour) at zero cost. Mileage may apply beyond 20 mi from Nottingham.

3. Payment

• All prices in GBP; VAT included where applicable.
• Cleaning is payable on completion; products at checkout.
• Late invoices earn statutory interest.

4. Cancellations

Reschedule ≥24 h in advance free; later changes £25 call-out fee.

5. Warranty & Liability

Labour warranty 7 days. Goods carry manufacturer cover. No liability for indirect loss; secure your valuables & data.

6. Law

English law governs; venue — courts of England & Wales.
